Professional Expertise

Noble Carpenter leads DTZ’s Americas Capital Markets team. Under his guidance, the firm closed more than $13.1 billion of sales and finance transactions across the U.S. in 2014, a 15% increase over 2013. He also leads DTZ’s Strategic Accounts initiative, which provides 25 of DTZ’s largest institutional investor clients creative solutions and consistent best practices tailored to each client’s needs. He is a member of DTZ’s Americas Executive Committee and the Global Capital Markets Steering Committee.

Prior to joining DTZ in 2011, Noble spent more than 20 years at JLL where he was an International Director in its Capital Markets Group. While there, he held senior transactional and leadership roles and worked closely with public and private institutional investors, developers and opportunity funds. During this time, he originated, sold or financed over $11 billion of transactions. Some of his specific responsibilities at JLL included:

Formation and launch of JLL Asset Recovery and Loan Sale business, 2008

Running the Americas Region of the International Capital Group, 2003-2007

Development and launch of the International Capital Group, 2002

Managing Broker for the New York Capital Markets office, 1999-2002

Noble started his career with JLL in 1988 in New York. In 1990, he transferred to LaSalle Investment Management and focused on acquisitions and portfolio management, representing Dai-ichi Life in the disposition of its U.S. $4 billion real estate portfolio. He became a sales broker in 1996 and was a consistent top producer of JLL’s Capital Markets business from 1998 until departure in 2011.
