Brad Blankenship is the Senior Managing Director for Project and Development Services (PDS) at Cushman & Wakefield for the State of Texas. PDS provides comprehensive development and project management services for owners and tenants. As the Senior Managing Director for the group, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership as well as day-to-day project oversight. Brad has developed a large network of relationships from his 35 years of project management experience in the Texas market.

Mr. Blankenship has specialized in owner/tenant representation for over nineteen years. His team excels at managing the risks inherent in construction projects while delivering cost savings in the process. As a former commercial general contractor, he was directly responsible for the successful completion of many large developments including Texas A&M Recreational Sports and Natatorium and the Northern Telecom campus in Richardson. Brad now leverages his construction expertise on behalf of the clients he serves to mitigate the risks associated with complex projects and produces quantifiable results.

Brad has managed various project types including small and large office interiors and build-to-suit developments. His areas of real estate development experience include office, industrial, mission critical, hospitality, healthcare, senior living and educational facilities. Brad promotes collaboration and accountability among project team members in a “firm but fair” approach which generates value for his clients.
