Mike Kamm serves as President of DTZ's West Region, with responsibility for Brokerage (leasing and capital markets), Property Management and Project Development Services throughout the region's 22 offices. Mike also serves on the DTZ Americas Executive Committee. In addition to overseeing the financial and operational performance of the region, Mike is also responsible for business development and recruitment initiatives and growth into new markets across the West.
Prior to the merger with DTZ, Mike was President and Board Member of Cassidy Turley and served on the firm's Capital and Compensation Committees. During that tenure, the firm recorded record breaking performance and expansion. Prior to that, he served for 12 years as CEO of Cassidy Turley predecessor firm, BT Commercial, which he joined in 1994 when he opended its Oakland, CA office. During his tenure at the helm of BT Commercial, the firm doubled its number of brokers and revenues tripled creating one of the San Francisco Bay Area's leading brokerage firms.
Mike was highly involved in the original launch of Cassidy Turley in 2010, the sale of BT Commercial to Cassidy Turley in 2012, the rollup of its other Western affiliates and 2013 and ultimately the merger and integration with DTZ in 2014.
Prior to joining BT Commercial, Mike spent 10 years as an industrial broker with CBRE predecessor, Coldwell Banker Commercial.
