Professional Expertise

Adrian is Senior Vice President of the Project and Development Services Team with over 17 years of Executive management experience and Development experience managing institutional, commercial, and government design and construction projects. He has served as the lead on development and re-development projects from the feasibility and entitlement stage through to occupancy. He has served as General Contractor on large tenant and base building projects and has worked for Clark Construction Inc. in Bethesda, MD and Turner/Tompkins Builders in Washington, DC representing tenants and building owners in new construction, and the relocation of tenants into space totaling over 8 million square feet. In 2011, Adrian and the Project Management Team managed over $250 million in design and construction. Adrian currently provides project management support for a diverse client base including Beacon Capital Partners, Brookfield Property Trust, LMI and ServiceSource.

Adrian leads the business development and management effort for the Project and Development Services team in the Washington, DC metropolitan region and across the company platform. Adrian is a LEED® accredited professional by the U.S. Green Building Council and holds an EIT certificate. Adrian holds a BS in Science for Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a member of RE Group, DCBIA, CoreNet, NAIOP, and Washington Board of Trade. He is an active member of the USGBC NCR Development Committee.
