New York- July 16, 2010 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today Velocity Broadcasting has signed a 10 – year lease for 6,500 square feet of space at 527 Madison Avenue.
Velocity Broadcasting is a satellite television network which produces customized private programming for select targeted audiences. Velocity is based in Pittsburg, PA, and this will be its first New York City office location.
Velocity Broadcasting plans to occupy the entire 25th floor, moving into the space in early Fall.
