MILWAUKEE - TSB Bearings, a manufacturing company formerly based in Waukesha, recently purchased a 33,265 square foot industrial building located at W245 N5570 Corporate Circle in Sussex, Wis. The property, which is part of the Sussex Corporate Park, was sold by William O. Thompson, who owns a safety sales business that was housed in the building.
