Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc., Signs Lease at 10 South Howard Street in Baltimore

BALTIMORE – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., today announced the 1,500-square-foot office lease by Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc. (TOA) at 10 South Howard Street., a 270,000 square-foot office building in Baltimore, Maryland.  TOA provides infrastructure engineering, planning, and innovative financing programs for local government entities and private entities throughout the U.S.  Among its wide range of specialties are transit planning and ADA compliance and accessibility services. The Florida-based firm, with offices across the state, currently is expanding its services to the Mid-Atlantic region by conducting performance and compliance monitoring services for the Maryland Transit Administration's multimodal public transit system through its Office of Service Oversight.

Matthew L. Seward, Senior Vice President/Principal at Cassidy Turley, represented TOA in this assignment. “This office location is ideal for TOA because of its proximity to public transportation, which includes a light rail stop directly in front of the building,” commented Seward.  “TOA’s tenancy is an excellent addition to the west side of downtown Baltimore and we enthusiastically welcome them to our area.”
