TIAA-CREF Appoints Cassidy Turley as Property Manager for 657,602 Square Foot Northern California Industrial Portfolio

San Francisco – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that it has been selected to provide property management services for TIAA-CREF’s Northern California industrial portfolio. The 657,602 square foot portfolio is comprised of three modern, high-image industrial parks as well as a single building, all situated in the East Bay:  the Peppertree Business Center and Corsair Boulevard, both in Hayward, and the Whipple Business Center and adjacent Whipple Commerce Center in Union City.

The Peppertree Business Center is a four-building 176,750 square foot multi-tenant project located at 30952-30965 San Clemente Street and 30963 San Benito Street. Located at 2809-2829 Whipple Road, the Whipple Business Center is a three-building 76,782 square foot multi-tenant project. The Whipple Commerce Center is a six-building 371,910 square foot multi-tenant project with retail exposure located at 2919-2955 Whipple Road and 30130 Ahern Street.  All three projects provide quick access to Interstate 880, the San Mateo Bridge (Highway 92) and the Dumbarton Bridge (Highway 84) via the Whipple Road interchange. Corsair Boulevard is a 32,160 square foot multi-tenant building in North Hayward.

Marla Maloney, CPM, Senior Managing Director, Principal and Susan Causey, CPM, CSM, Vice President will lead the Cassidy Turley property management team for the portfolio.

Since the start of the year, Cassidy Turley has added more than 27 million square feet of managed property to its portfolio nationwide. Recent wins include a 1.2 million square foot office portfolio from TA Realty, comprised of seven properties in Northern Virginia.
