Reinforced Earth Signs 24,707 SF Lease at Reston Corner I in Reston, VA; Cassidy Turley Represented Owner, Garrison Investment Group

WASHINGTON, DC - Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Reinforced Earth has signed a 10-year lease for 24,707 square feet of office space at Reston Corner I, located at 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, VA. Cassidy Turley’s Spencer Stouffer, Tim Summers, Scott Goldberg and Shaun Collins represented the building owner, Garrison Investment Group, and asset manager, FD Stonewater. The tenant was represented by Dan Kluegar and William Tidwell with Cresa.

“The addition of Reinforced Earth to Reston Corner I’s diverse tenant roster brings the building to 95 percent occupancy,” commented Spencer Stouffer, Senior Managing Director and Principal with Cassidy Turley. “This is a testament to the quality of the newly renovated building, which now offers tenants an on-site café, fitness center complete with yoga studio and personal training, and a conference facility with full audio/visual capabilities,” he continued.

eston Corner I and II are located within the 3-building, 305,000 square foot Reston Corner office campus at the corner of Reston Parkway and Sunrise Valley Drive.  With 98,818 square feet, Reston Corner I has undergone recent renovations including contemporary new building and elevator lobbies, new elevator cabs, and the addition of a state-of-the-art fitness center and a tenant-exclusive conference center.  Reston Corner II has 107,097 square feet and is currently under renovation.  When complete, the building will include the same high quality finishes found at Reston Corner I.
