Only Two Floors Remain Available at Towson City Center

BALTIMORE – Towson City Center, a 12-story, 157,712-square-foot, Class “A” office building redevelopment is slated to deliver July 1, 2012.  Located in the heart of Towson, the project has experienced strong activity, leaving only the fifth and sixth floor uncommitted.  The floor plates are approximately 12,000 square feet with fantastic views of Towson, North Baltimore and the surrounding countryside.

Towson University has leased four floors totaling nearly 58,000 square feet.  In a move similar to both Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland, Towson University is relocating research, graduate and technical uses from its central campus to Towson City Center to allow better client accessibility.  Towson University radio station WTMD will also be located in the building.  The Towson City Center ownership worked closely with Towson University to select complementary uses.

The owners of Towson City Center, Caves Valley Partners, and Mile One will also lease four floors. A MileOne Service Center will be located nearby on York Road where tenants’ cars can be serviced.

Business Suites will lease a floor to provide executive suites for sole proprietorships or small companies in need of business services in a convenient setting. WMS Partners, a comprehensive multi-family office, investment advisory and financial planning  firm, will also lease a floor.

Tenants have been lured to the building by the tremendous views, convenient in building parking and on site amenities.

Cunningham Kitchen, a new restaurant operated by Bagby Restaurant Group, will lease a portion of the lower level and a part of the first floor.  The “farm-to-kitchen American steakhouse” restaurant will offer a casual lunch menu and a more expansive, upscale dinner menu.  Bagby Restaurant Group currently owns and operates Harbor East’s Bagby Pizza Co., Ten Ten, and will soon open Fleet Street Kitchen.

The building will also include The Wellness Center, which will be operated by Towson University and made available to Towson City Center tenants.
