Chatham, NJ – Cassidy Turley negotiated a 20,580 square foot lease at 745 Route 202-206 in Bridgewater on behalf of long-term client Nistica. The recently signed long term extension and expansion for the optical subsystems company will enable them with the entire floor of the Whitestar Advisors-owned office building.
The Cassidy Turley team of Warren Searles, Vice President, Principal and Charles Parmelli, Vice President, Principal served as tenant representatives. John Osborne of Bergman Real Estate Group represented the owner.
Nistica, who was already headquartered in the building, was in need of additional space. The expansion is expected to be completed in multiple phases throughout the course of the next 12 months and will not only provide Nistica with additional capacity to develop, test and prototype future products, but also permit the company to create the necessary environment for future growth.
“Nistica’s desire for growth, coupled with our deep understanding of the company’s real estate needs and our expertise with this type of space within their existing locale, allowed us to deliver unparalleled service and broker a very attractive transaction,” said Mr. Searles. “The location works extremely well due to its proximity to the company’s existing employee base and it will also serve Nistica’s goal to attract and retain future talent from Monmouth to Morris Counties.”
