Milton Charbonneau joined the firm as a broker in 1990 and has concentrated his efforts on suburban markets across the Central New Jersey and Greater Princeton area. He specializes in corporate relocations, landlord representation and real estate advisory services, leveraging financial and strategic planning strengths to benefit his clients. Charbonneau is also active in local municipality planning and zoning committees.

With expertise in life sciences and corporate services, Charbonneau has completed numerous transactions on behalf of prestigious clients in the Princeton submarket, including the State of New Jersey, Lenox Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Congoleum Corporation and Navisys, Inc.

Throughout his 20-year career, he has completed more than $400 million worth of transactions on behalf of major corporations and asset managers.

Charbonneau started his career as a broker in New York City, where he was responsible for significant leasing transactions in the Midtown and Downtown Manhattan and Greenwich, Conn., markets.
