NEW JERSEY - Cassidy Turley has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a state-of-the-art, 151,874-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility at 5 Thornton Road in Oakland, NJ.
The building’s current tenant, high-end cosmetics manufacturer Estee Lauder Cos. Inc., which currently uses the property for its Aramis division, is consolidating some of its operations. The property will be move-in ready by the spring of 2013.
