ATLANTA – February 24, 2014 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Jyoti Ganesh has joined the firm as Managing Director in its Corporate Services group.
Ms. Ganesh – who brings extensive experience in portfolio planning, workplace strategy, program execution and financial analytics – will lead the portfolio strategy function for SunTrust Banks, which encompasses a real estate portfolio of 14 million square feet. She also will lead strategic consulting services on behalf of other major Cassidy Turley end-user clients.
In addition to her role as a strategic advisor, Ms. Ganesh will develop an analytic and process-improvement toolkit for implementation across Cassidy Turley’s Corporate Services platform.
As Occupancy Planning Director and Workplace Executive at Bank of America for nearly 14 years, she implemented more than 300 projects and 1,500 relocations annually and later led a team that implemented strategic tactics across the bank’s domestic and international real estate portfolio. In her most recent role, Ms. Ganesh was a Director of Strategic Planning and Analytics consultant for Altisource, where she developed long-range portfolio solutions across Altisource’s and Ocwen Financial’s real estate properties in the U.S., India and the Philippines.
“Jyoti’s depth and breadth of experience across the full cycle of strategic portfolio planning and significant expertise in the financial services industry will be a great asset to SunTrust and other Corporate Services clients,” said Cat Cotman, Senior Managing Director and Alliance Executive in Cassidy Turley’s Corporate Services group. “She also brings excellent leadership skills, including her role as the founder of WomenCRE, an online community that provides a platform for women to obtain and share corporate real estate expertise. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the role she’ll play in enhancing our services platform.”
Ms. Ganesh holds a Master of Science degree in Architecture (Building Technology) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New Delhi’s School of Planning and Architecture and is green-belt certified in Six Sigma.
“I’m excited to be a part of a commercial real estate services firm that has such a strong reputation nationally,” Ms. Ganesh said. “I look forward to helping expand the firm’s strategic consulting client base and contributing to the growth of the firm’s strategic services platform.”
