(Kansas City, MO – March 4, 2010) – The General Services Administration has signed a long term lease renewal at 901 Locust Street in downtown Kansas City. The Federal Aviation Administration occupies the majority of the 204,607 square feet building that is 100% occupied by the General Services Administration.
The 901 Locust building has been occupied by the Department of Transportation agencies for 10 years. The building is undergoing several major upgrades to meet updated GSA requirements, including new design features, security improvements and steps toward LEED certification.
