Garrison Leases 14,000 SF to Two Tenants at Reston Corner I in Reston, VA; Cassidy Turley Represents Garrison

WASHINGTON, DC - Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Servint Corporation and George Mason Mortgage, LLC have executed leases for 8,461 and 5,645 square feet of office space, respectively, at Reston Corner I, located at 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, VA.  Cassidy Turley’s Spencer Stouffer, Tim Summers, Scott Goldberg and Shaun Collins represented the building owner, Garrison Investment Group.  Servint Corporation was represented by Gregg Brown with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and George Mason Mortgage, LLC was represented by Sandy Weiss and Andrew Roberts with UGL Services – Equis Operations.

“The momentum in leasing activity at Reston Corner I has continued through the second quarter, with five leases totaling over 18,000 square feet executed so far this year,” commented Tim Summers, Managing Director with Cassidy Turley. “Our spec suite program has been well received in the market with all suites leased prior to completion.  As a result, we are finalizing construction on three more suites on the third floor,” he continued.

Reston Corner I is a 98,818 square foot office building, located within the 3-building, 305,000 square foot Reston Corner office campus at the corner of Reston Parkway and Sunrise Valley Drive.  The building has undergone recent renovations including contemporary new building and elevator lobbies, new elevator cabs, and the addition of a fitness center and a tenant-exclusive conference center. 

Cassidy Turley also represented Garrison Investment Group in three additional leases at Reston Corner I earlier this year – a 3,277 square foot lease to Whiteboard Federal Technologies, a 2,683 square foot lease to Intrepid Solutions, and a 7,377 square foot lease to Clinical Care Options, LLC.
