MILWAUKEE - Circular advertisement printer, Adserts, Inc., recently purchased the 15,000 square foot former Ethan Allen retail facility located at 14750 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, Wis. from Donna Bachman.
James M. Young, a broker with Milwaukee-based Cassidy Turley Barry, represented the buyer in the transaction. Adserts plans on renovating the building for its office needs and then leasing out approximately half of the building to another tenant.
