Cassidy Turley to Lease, Manage MOB Complex in Suburban Tampa

C-III Asset Management has hired Cassidy Turley to manage and lease Summit Medical Center, a three-building, 49,925-square-foot complex in suburban Tampa, FL.

The medical office complex features surgical clinics and practitioners of family medicine, dermatology, orthopedics and diagnostics. It is located near several hospitals and emergency centers.

Juan Vega and Pam Pester of Cassidy Turley's Tampa office are the leasing agents for the property.

Cassidy Turley entered the Tampa market in September 2011, with its acquisition of the property management and brokerage divisions of Carter, and has been working to win new management and leasing assignments.
