ST. LOUIS – October 30, 2012 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., has increased the number of employees by 30% in the St. Louis market since the launch of the company in March 2010.
The St. Louis office has been and continues to be a key part of Cassidy Turley’s national platform, providing a full spectrum of commercial real estate services including Capital Markets, Building Management, Corporate Services, Tenant Representation, Project Leasing, Project & Development Services and Sustainability Services. With nearly 800 local associates, the St. Louis market is home to the various service lines, executive leadership and corporate divisions such as Human Resources, Corporate Accounting, Transitions & Quality Control, and Information Technology.
“So far in 2012, we have already hired 183 people in St. Louis. These new associates serve clients in this market and around the country,” said Tim Walsh, Managing Principal of St. Louis.
With the growth of the company and the subsequent additional employees, Cassidy Turley has recently expanded to Timberlake Corporate Center and Westport Plaza – totaling seven office locations throughout the St. Louis area.
