SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley San Diego, the region’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Venture Petroleum purchased a 2,500-square-foot retail building at 350 East H Street, in Chula Vista, from BIG JAG, LP c/o Far Pacific Management for $4.1 million. Brian Jinings, CCIM of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

Lloyd J. Russell purchased an 11,645-square-foot office building at 2870 4th Avenue from Rego Inc. for $1.7 million. Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Pasquale Ioele of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer in the transaction. Ben Tashakorian of Marcus and Millichap represented the seller.

Zolezzi Family Trust purchased a 5,000-square-foot retail building at 1655 India Street from Persall Group for $1.35 million. Brian Jinings, CCIM and Gary Goss of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller’s representation was not disclosed.

Leases
Premier Food Concepts, LLC dba Luna Grill leased 2,400 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 10585 Scripps Poway Parkway, suites D and E, from Scripps Ranch Marketplace c/o CBRE for $928,800. Kevin Cassidy of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessee in the transaction. Mike Moser of CBRE represented the lessor.

Russell P. Dunnum, MD, APC leased 2,358 square feet of office space for seven years at 4510 Executive Drive, suite 107, from Arden Realty, Inc. for $614,612. Eric Vann and Brian Starck of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessor in the transaction. Chris Downs of Stone-Miller represented the lessee.
