SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley San Diego, the region’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Rusty Erickson purchased a 14,820-square-foot retail building, occupied by Walgreens, at 1745 Middlesex Street, in Lowell, MA from Lowell Mammoth Development, LLC c/o Coffman Realty, Inc. for $8.7 million. Matt McNeill of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer in the transaction. Simon and Raymond Jonna of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

Pacific Alpine Management purchased a 25,000-square-foot industrial building at 7920 Stromesa Court from Street Properties for $3.2 million. Bryce Aberg, SIOR and Brant Aberg of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

Steel Properties LLC purchased a 2,872-square-foot retail building at 111 Texas 21 Highway, in Bastrop, TX, from United Commercial Brokers for $1.8 million. Ed Colson, Jr., CCIM and Michael Campbell of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller in the transaction. Jeff Sallen of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer.

RPM Investments, Inc. purchased a 9,105-square-foot industrial building that sits on 1.6 acres of land at 1329 Sweetwater Lane, in Spring Valley, from Scott C. and Cynthia M. Highfill Living Trust dated 05-14-03 for $1.6 million. Kerry Schimpf and Cameron Czubernat of Cassidy Turley San Diego along with Ken Ruppert of East County Properties represented the seller in the transaction. Don Grant, CCIM, SIOR and Jim Benson of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer.

Leases
Phenix Salon Suites of Tarzana, LLC dba Phenix Salon Suites leased 6,668 square feet of retail space for 10 years at The Village at Tarzana located at 5444 Yolanda Avenue, in Tarzana, from Village Walk Tarzana, LLC for $1.67 million. Randee Stratton of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessee in the transaction. Rachel Rosenberg of Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the lessor.

Pacific Dental Services, Inc. dba Pacific Dental leased 4,000 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 5675 Balboa Avenue from 60617 Balboa Mesa, LLC c/o Regency Centers Corp. for $1.5 million. Kevin Cassidy of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessee in the transaction. Reg Kobzi of CBRE represented the lessor.

Yada Wada, LLC dba Jersey Mike’s Subs leased 1,204 square feet of retail space for 10 years, three months at 2521 Palomar Airport Road, suite 6-104, in Carlsbad, from CSDI, LLC c/o Sudberry Properties, Inc. for $614,040. Michael Burton, Danny Fitzgerald and Pasquale Ioele of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessee in the transaction. Matt Moser of Retail Insite represented the lessor.
