SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley San Diego, the local market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Wateridge Kiffmann Investors, LLC purchased a 15,459-square-foot retail building in which CVS Pharmacy is the tenant at 4404 El Cajon Blvd. from 44th and El Cajon, LLC for $7.2 million. Chuck Klein and Kevin Held of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller in the transaction. Michael Campbell of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer.

AAA Management, LLC purchased a 239,580-square-foot land parcel at 912-944 Third Avenue, in Chula Vista, from CRE LJ CA, LLC c/o OneWest Bank for $2.35 million. Tim Winslow, Jason Kimmel, Kevin Nolen and Trevor Jensen of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer’s representation was not disclosed.

KHKEL Trust purchased a 5,220-square-foot retail building in which Pacific Dental Services is the tenant at 3150 Case Road, suite C, in Perris, from Cahan Perris LLC c/o Cahan Properties for $1.8 million. Chuck Klein and Kevin Held of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer’s representation was not disclosed.

Sun Diego Charter purchased a 3,667-square-foot industrial building on 0.63 acres of land at 1412 East Barham Drive, in San Marcos, from Mark Debreceni for $630,000. Jim Benson of Cassidy Turley San Diego and Glenn Stokoe of Lee & Associates represented the seller in the transaction. Jeff Taich of JT Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

Leases
Chuze Fitness leased 16,040 square feet of retail space for 10 years, six months at 4343 North Oracle Road, suites 153-173, in Tucson, Arizona, from Wetmore Plaza Shops, LLC for $2.2 million. Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessee in the transaction. The lessor’s representation was not disclosed.

Presenting The Soap Opera leased 1,850 square feet of retail space for five years at 1025 Prospect Street, suite 110, in La Jolla, from 1025 Prospect LP for $559,884. Mike Slattery and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.
