The O’Connell, Bender and Powers Investment Team from Cassidy Turley completed the sale of a multi-tenant suburban office building located at 8800 Governor’s Hill in Cincinnati, OH. The property sold for $2.9 million on April 12, 2011.
8800 Governor’s Hill is a 28,700 square-foot, two-story office building in a campus setting with good visibility from I-71. The building was 100% leased at the time of the sale by Verizon Wireless and DeVry University. The two-tenant property was purchased by a Cincinnati-based investor with a growing portfolio.
