ATLANTA – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Senior Vice President Tim Farley has represented Smoky Mountain Boots in relocating its headquarters and distribution center within the metro Atlanta market.
An importer and wholesaler of boots and western wear, Smoky Mountain Boots will relocate its headquarters and logistics operations into 53,000 square feet at Cobalt Industrial REIT’s 2021 Cedars Road property in Lawrenceville, GA. Smoky Mountain Boots will occupy the first-generation property in May with an 11-year deal and relocate from approximately 20,000 square feet in Winder, GA. Transwestern Vice President Brent Dutson represented ownership.
“Smoky Mountain is a family owned company whose sales have grown tremendously,” Mr. Farley said. “Cobalt’s property enables the company to accommodate that growth while improving the efficiency and scale of its logistics.”
