Cassidy Turley Represents Boston Properties and Clark Enterprises in 9,637 SF Lease at 500 North Capitol Street

The Dow Chemical Company Signs 11-Year Lease

WASHINGTON, DC – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that The Dow Chemical Company has leased 9,637 square feet at 500 North Capitol Street, NW, located in the heart of Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. The 11-year lease term will commence in April 2014.

Phillip Thomas and Kerri Mulligan Salih of Cassidy Turley represented the co-owners, Boston Properties and Clark Enterprises. The Dow Chemical Company was represented by Brian Murphy of CBRE and leased part of the second floor of the building.

The building features unobstructed views of Union Station to the northeast and The United States Capitol Building from the southeast corner of the building.

500 North Capitol Street is seeking LEED Silver certification.
