Cassidy Turley Named Exclusive Leasing Agent for Northern New Jersey Class A Office Portfolio Owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners

NEW JERSEY - Former Normandy executives Raymond Trevisan, who joined Cassidy Turley in April as Managing Principal to head the firm’s New Jersey operations, and William O’Keefe, who was named a Senior Vice President at Cassidy Turley, will lead the leasing and marketing efforts for the portfolio of premier properties owned by Normandy.

The assignment includes the following properties:

• The Chatham Executive Center at 26 Main Street in Chatham, NJ, a three-story, 63,346-square-foot boutique office building located in the premier Route 24/Short Hills submarket. Conveniently located at a full four-way interchange on Route 24, with access to Interstates 78 and 287, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike, the site is just seven blocks from the Chatham rail station and just minutes from downtown Madison and Summit. The Mall at Short Hills is five minutes away, as is a five-star Hilton Hotel. Newark Liberty International Airport is just a 15-minute drive from the building.

• The four-building complex at 200, 210, 220 and 230 Park Ave. in Florham Park, NJ, offers a total of 351,955 square feet of Class A office space in a high-quality, manicured complex.
