Bank-Owned 80-Unit Apartment Complex Sold in Reno, Nevada for $3.25 Million

December 28, 2011 – Scott MacDonald and Ric Russell with Cassidy Turley’s Multi-Family Group represented the Seller in the sale of El Chaparral Apartments, an 80-unit bank-owned rental community in Reno, Nevada.  Sold for $3,250,000 ($40,625 per unit), the property is ideally situated near downtown Reno and the University of Nevada, as well as major transit corridors, local employers and many notable regional amenities.  El Chaparral Apartments is comprised of five buildings and consists of approximately 54,800 square feet of net rentable area on ±3.30 acres.


DaVita Dialysis Property Sold for $2.95 Million in Southwest

December 28, 2011 – Rick Sanner and Bob Sanner (The Sanner Team) with Cassidy Turley’s Net Leased Investment Services have represented the Seller in the sale of an 11,022-square-foot building in the Southwest for $2,950,000 ($267.50 per square foot). The property is fully leased on a triple net basis to DaVita Dialysis. December 28, 2011 – Jamie D’Alessandro with Cassidy Turley’s Multi-Family Group represented the Buyer in the acquisition of a 14-unit apartment complex in Redwood City for a price of $2,550,000 ($182,143 per unit).  Located at 1440 Gordon Street, just west of El Camino Real, the property bath, nine is situated in a desirable peninsula location.
