Prologis Awards Cassidy Turley 7.4 Million Square Foot Industrial Leasing Assignment in Greater Cincinnati and Northern KY

Prologis, Inc., the leading owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, focused on global and regional markets across the Americas, Europe and Asia, has selected Cassidy Turley as exclusive leasing provider for its 7.4 million square foot portfolio in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Additionally, Cassidy Turley is pleased to announce that David Kelly has joined the firm as a Vice President. Kelly will focus on the sale and leasing of industrial property in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly managed leasing, marketing and property operations for Prologis for 15+ years in Cincinnati and Louisville as Vice President, Market Officer. Kelly was instrumental in bringing the Prologis assignment to Cassidy Turley. Along with Kelly, the Prologis account will be handled by Executive Managing Director, Principal Jeff Bender; Senior Vice President, Principal, Tom McCormick; and Senior Vice President, Principal, Ben McNab.
