Cassidy Turley CPS Represents Arden Realty Group in Multiple New Central Silicon Valley Office/R&D Transactions
December 16, 2010 – The listing team of Brandon Bain, Erik Hallgrimson and Steve Horton with Cassidy Turley CPS has successfully represented property owner Arden Realty Group, LTD in three new office/R&D lease transactions totaling ±88,686 square feet in the central Silicon Valley cities of Santa Clara and Sunnyvale.
In the largest of the three deals, the listing team represented Arden Realty in the lease of a 56,606-square-foot office/R&D building in Santa Clara to tenant Tektronix, Inc. The two-story building is located at 2575 Augustine Drive, providing high visibility and building signage on Highway 101. Headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, Tektronix is a leading supplier of test instrumentation for engineers.
