BALTIMORE – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today the recent completion of three leases totaling 79,362 square feet of industrial project leasing at Candlewood Commerce Center. Located within the Baltimore Washington Corridor at 7462, 7466 & 7468 Candlewood Road in Hanover, Maryland, these three buildings total 357,706 square feet and are owned by the financial services company TIAA-CREF.
The new tenants include Atlantic Emergency Solutions, represented by Michael Elardo and Michael Kimmel of Cushman & Wakefield, National Parcel Logistics, represented by Tommy Hughes of Hughes Commercial Real Estate and Tower Resource Management, represented by Dave Sciamarelli of MacKenzie.
