PHOENIX - Bonnett Fairbourn Freidman & Balint, P.C. has leased 19,322 square feet at 24th at Camelback II, 2325 E. Camelback Rd. The law firm is relocating their offices from Midtown, Thomas Road and Central Avenue, to the Camelback Corridor in September 2012. Jeff Hartland, Scott Boardman, Tom Jacobs and Don Arones with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., represented the landlord Hines during the lease transaction. Blaine Black, Sam Murik and Don Rodie with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the firm.

Built in 2010 by Hines, a privately owned, international real estate firm, 24th at Camelback II is a ±307,000-square-foot Class A office project on the southwest corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road. The 11-story building has been certified LEED® C&S Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council. The building includes two levels of underground parking with direct elevator access and a landscaped outdoor pedestrian plaza. In addition to its developer/owner role, Hines provides on-site property management services for the building. With the Bonnett Fairbourn Friedman & Balint lease 24th at Camelback II is 82 percent occupied.
