November 1, 2012 – Walton Broadway Station Investors leased 40,957 SF of office space located at 900 S. Broadway, Denver, Colorado to National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Doug Wulf and Robert Knisely of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.  Greg Bante of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Tenant.

November 6, 2012 – Lincoln Property Co. leased 14,556 SF of office space located at 2000 S. Colorado Boulevard, Denver, Colorado to Reliance Globalcom. Dan Ryan of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Tenant.

November 6, 2012 – Soar’N V, LLC leased 5,400 SF of industrial space located at Bellmore Farms Industrial Park, Lot 2, Nunn, Colorado to Exterran Energy Solutions.  Travis Ackerman of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.  Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Tenant.

November 6, 2012 – Colorado State Land Board leased 3,883 SF of office space located at 600 Grant Street, Denver, Colorado to Buescher Goldhammer & Kelman. Stockton Baker, Bill Lucas and Brian Hutt of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.  Kentwood City represented the Tenant.

November 6, 2012 – Carlson’s Investment & Management leased 2,700 SF of industrial space located at 1320 Duff Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado to Environmental Materials. Jason Ells of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord and also the Tenant.

October 30, 2012 – Nelson Mason LLC leased 2,150 SF of retail space located at 3523 S. Mason Street, Fort Collins, Colorado to Vertical Fusion Studio. Chad Hirschfield of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Tenant.

November 2, 2012 – County Technical Services leased 1,521 SF of office space located at 800 Grant Street, Denver, Colorado to Rite of Passage. Dick Tinkham of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

November 9, 2012 – PDS & RMB, LLC sold an industrial building located at 2479 International Boulevard, Fort Collins, Colorado to KDL Holding Company. It sold for $2,400,000.  Travis Ackerman of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Buyer.  Realtec represented the Seller. 

November 8, 2012 – The Platte Valley Investment Co. sold a 34,719 SF industrial warehouse located at 500 W. Tennessee Avenue, Denver, Colorado to LouLor Holdings.  It sold for $2,200,000.  Alec Rhodes, Tyler Smith and Aaron Valdez of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Seller. Phil Yeddis of Unique Properties represented the Buyer.

November 6, 2012 – Thomas Enterprises sold three parcels of land located at 4781 W. 58th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado to Industrial Chemicals Corporation. It sold for $1,960,000.  Alec Rhodes, Tyler Smith, Aaron Valdez, Brian Wilkes and TJ Johnson of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.
