April 8, 2013 – C and C Holdings leased 27,400 SF of office space located at 2310 E. Prospect Road, Fort Collins, Colorado to Mountain Sage Community School. Cole Herk and Jared Goodman of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

May 24, 2013 – St. Paul Fire & Marine Ins. Leased 12,000 SF of industrial space located at 4770 Forest Street, Denver, Colorado to New Beginnings Floors & Designs. Dan Bess and Joe Krahn of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.  Tim Shay of Colliers International represented the Tenant.

May 6, 2013 – 10170 & 10249 Church Ranch Way Holdings leased 6,298 SF of office space located at 10170 Church Ranch Way, Westminster, Colorado to Alpine Lumber Company. Brandon Ray and Chris Ball of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Tenant.  Chris Phenicie of CBRE represented the Landlord.

June 6, 2013 – MAD 155 LLC leased 4,909 SF of office space located at 155 S. Madison Street, Denver, Colorado to Wynkoop-Breckenridge. Stockton Baker, Bill Lucas and Brian Hutt of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

May 23, 2013 – RTA Cypress Point leased 4,902 SF of office space located at 3801 E. Florida Avenue, Denver, Colorado to Rez Stream. Stockton Baker, Bill Lucas and Brian Hutt of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

April 19, 2013 – RDL Properties leased 3,545 SF of retail space located at 2925 S. College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado to Daily Pawn, LLC. Aki Palmer, Jim Palmer and Nate Heckel of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

May 22, 2013 – Westside Investment Partners leased 3,336 SF of medical office space located at The Paragon Building, 7100 E. Belleview Avenue, Greenwood Village, Colorado to Integrated Health Management. David Fried and Robert Hudgins of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Tenant.

June 6, 2013 – Paul Cronk leased 2,500 SF of retail space located at 2830 E. 3rd Avenue, Denver, Colorado to Cherry Creek Framing. Tyler Bray of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

May 24, 2013 – Denver Centerpoint I leased 1,597 SF of office space located at 3900 E. Mexico Avenue, Denver, Colorado to Centerpoint Insurance. Stockton Baker, Bill Lucas and Brian Hutt of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

May 6, 2013 – 2900 LLC leased 1,272 SF of office space located at 2900 S. College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado to Association of Collegiate Conference & Events Directors. Jason Ells and Stuart Thomas of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Tenant.

May 24, 2013 – BBK Properties sold a 12,032 SF retail building located at 132 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado to Washbar Building Company. It sold for $1,750,000.  Cole Herk of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Seller.

June 7, 2013 – UQM Technologies sold a 28,204 SF industrial building located at 7501 Miller Drive, Frederick, Colorado to Eagle Cliff Investments. It sold for $1,650,000.  Travis Ackerman, Jim Palmer and Aki Palmer of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Buyer.
