December 7, 2012 – Walnut Creek Lot 4 leased 2,946 SF of space located at 11005 Dover Street, Westminster, Colorado to AGC Properties. Esther Kettering and Chris Ball of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

December 7, 2012 – Ramco-Gershenson Properties leased 3,489 SF of retail space located at 205 Ken Pratt Boulevard, Longmont, Colorado to National Vision Inc. dba America’s Best Contacts. Tyler Bray and Ray Rosado of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Tenant.

December 7, 2012 – BRE DDR Flatacres Marketplace leased 3,632 SF of retail space located at 11495 South 20 Mile Road, Parker, Colorado to National Vision Inc. dba America’s Best Contacts. Tyler Bray and Ray Rosado of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Tenant.

December 6, 2012 – Midtown Industrial Center leased 3,967 SF of industrial space located at 4120 Brighton Boulevard, Denver, Colorado to Jan van Straaten. Ray Rosado of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Tenant.

November 26, 2012 – Palmer Retail leased 4,000 SF of retail space located at 3710 Mitchell Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado to Eastham Interiors. Aki Palmer and Jim Palmer of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

November 28, 2012 – Tierra TRW LLC leased 104,136 SF of office space located at 17455 E. Exposition Drive, Aurora, Colorado to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp.  Bill Lucas of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

December 13, 2011 – D.D.C. Hotels, Inc. Ground leased a pad located at 9445 E. Dry Creek Road, Centennial, Colorado to J.D. Carpenter Companies.  David Fried and Robert Hudgins of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Landlord.

December 4, 2012 – JCS Investments LLC sold a parcel of land located at 18955 E. Colfax Avenue, Aurora, Colorado to Fuad A. Khalaf. It sold for $155,000.  TJ Johnson of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Seller.

December 5, 2012 – InnerHealth Properties sold a 3,719 SF building located at 1017 Robertson, Fort Collins, Colorado to Disabled Resource Services. It sold for $385,000.  Travis Ackerman of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Buyer.

December 6, 2012 – Bob Alberts Land Trust sold an 8,800 SF industrial building located at 200 Racquette Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado to Fry’s Auto Care. It sold for $530,000.  Travis Ackerman of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Buyer and the Seller.

December 10, 2012 – Jensen Development sold a parcel of land located at 2149 California Street, Denver, Colorado to The Colorado Coalition for Homeless. It sold for $835,000.  Trevor Brown of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented the Seller.
