San Francisco, CA – February 07, 2011 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Rick Sanner and Bob Sanner (The Sanner Team) with Cassidy Turley BT Commercial’s Leased Investment Services based in the firm’s San Francisco office successfully collaborated in 43 sale transactions located throughout the country in 2010 for a total value of approximately $143 million in over 1.1 million square feet.
The Sanners represented the Sellers, Buyers or both in the numerous transactions. The tenants of the properties consisted of some of the country’s most widely recognized names, including Walgreens, O’Reilly, CVS/pharmacy, AutoZone, Chili’s, Dollar General, Cracker Barrel, Chick-Fil-A, Jack in The Box, Starbucks, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Chase Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
A large number of the Team’s total 2010 sale transactions closed in the year’s final month, as the Sanners executed 19 transactions valued at over $67 million. These December transactions consisted of many different buyers and sellers.
The Sanner Team has closed a minimum of 30 investment transactions annually since joining together in 2007. The Team’s transactions during this four-year period spanned 24 states.
