SAN DIEGO (September 22, 2010) – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the sale of the industrial yard located at 3757 Bancroft Drive in Spring Valley for $1.1 million.
The 1.47-acre parcel features two buildings totaling 3,060 square feet and was sold to Roger Casper, owner of Casper Company, Inc. Casper Company, Inc. was established in 1984 and specializes in concrete cutting, wrecking, modification and demolition. The company has recently grown to more than 190 employees.
Ken Ruppert, Kerry Schimpf and Cameron Czubernat of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller, Hurly Family Trust, in the transaction.
The buyer was represented by John Lanza and Jim Marsh of Voit Commercial.
