SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Gaurav, Ganisha and Jessica Sethi purchased a 1,982-square-foot office space at 6158 Innovation Way, suite Q2, in Carlsbad, from Ryan Companies US for $297,300. Brooks Campbell of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller’s representation was not disclosed.

Management Security Advisors, LLC purchased a 2,186-square-foot industrial building at 1542 Lancaster Point Way and a 2,183-square-foot industrial building at 1536 Lancaster Way from Venture Venture, LP for $205,600 and $194,400, respectively. Phil Linton and Regan Tully of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in both transactions. Brian Duarte of ParaCapital Group represented the buyer.

Steven Schneider, DDS leased 2,872 square feet of office space for 10 years at 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court, suite 260, from Sunroad Enterprises for $704,673. Bob Kuzman and Chris Hobson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. James Pieri, Jr. of Gateway Financial Real Estate represented the lessee.

Asia Massage leased 1,500 square feet of retail space for five years at 2588 El Camino Real, suite B-7, in Carlsbad, from Carlsbad Plaza, LLC for $167,237. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.
Laser Away leased 968 square feet of retail space for three years at 8915 Towne Centre Drive, suite1-107, from ROIC, LLC for $125,663. Phil Lyons and Bruce Schiff of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Lauren Matricardi of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.
