SAN DIEGO (September 27, 2010) – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Cresta Verde, Inc. purchased a 6,886-square-foot multi-tenant retail building at 350 University Avenue from Southrail Equities, LLC and CAM 350 Group, LLC for $4.15 million. Chuck Klein and Kevin Held of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. Rick Reeder of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller.

Master Q Enterprises, Inc. purchased a 2,697-square-foot office condominium at 2512 Catamaran Way, in Chula Vista, from Bank of America N.A. for $365,000. Phil Linton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Angel Wade of Coastal Properties Group, Inc. represented the buyer.

Leases
Players Bar leased 4,500 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 328 South Twin Oaks Valley Road, Suite B, in San Marcos, from Inland American Retail Management, LLC for $1.5 million. Bruce Schiff, CCIM, Phil Lyons, CCIM, and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

Prommis Solutions, LLC leased 7,316 square feet of office space for five years, five months at 9444 Farnham Street, Suite 200, from Lomas Pacific II, LLC c/o American Assets for $787,462. Duncan Dodd, SIOR, Jack Kruger and Lindsey Smith of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. David Andes of Newburger-Andes RE Investments represented the lessee
 
Francisco Mondragon, DDS, Inc. leased 1,890 square feet of office space for 10 years at 180 Otay Lakes Road, Suite 206, in Bonita, from Bonita Professional Plaza, LLC for $572,216. Duncan Dodd, SIOR and Phil Linton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

So-Cal Martial Arts Center leased 3,634 square feet of retail space for three years, three months at 1020 Tierra del Rey, Suite A-1, in Chula Vista, from Tierra Corners, LLC c/o CW Clark, Inc. for $170,234. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

Quiznos leased 1,300 square feet of retail space for five years at 840 West Valley Parkway, Suite 280, in Escondido, from Escondido Gateway 03, LP for $149,695. Thomas E. Bell, Susan Bell and Cathleen M. Himlin leased 1,239 square feet of office space for three years at 11858 Bernardo Plaza Court, Suite 210, from 11818-11858 Bernardo Plaza Court, LP for $68,863. Chris Hobson and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

Beyond Ordinary Software Solutions leased 694 square feet of office space for three years at 16955 Via del Campo Court, Suite 125, from Brehm Communications, Inc. for $35,498. Tom van Betten, Andrew Sexton and Chris Banke of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Bruce Sanders and Brian Mulvaney of Voit Commercial represented the lessor.
