Daisas Medical LLC dba Medifast purchased a 4,375-square-foot retail building at 810 Paseo Del Rey Street, in Chula Vista, from La Jolla Nautilus, Ltd. for $950,000. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Daniel Knoke and Peter Merz of Colliers International represented the buyer.
Independent Financial Group, Inc. leased 12,929 square feet of office space for five years at 12671 High Bluff Drive, suite 200, from RB Income Properties for $1.97 million. Bob Kuzman and Dave Odmark of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Jeff Chasan of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the lessee.
Synergy Corporate Housing leased 2,403 square feet of office space for four years at 4275 Executive Square, suite 310, in La Jolla, from Regents Square La Jolla LLC c/o The Irvine Company for $238,764. Joe Anderson and Brooks Campbell of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. The lessor’s representation was not disclosed.
Vigor Systems, Inc. leased 3,457 square feet of office space for two years at 1025 Prospect Street, suites 330 and 350, in La Jolla, from 1025 Prospect Limited Partnership for $189,971. Supercuts, Inc. leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for five years at 13315 Poway Road, in Poway, from Stepstone Real Estate for $168,120. Kevin Cassidy of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. David Bradley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor.
Wireless Choice, Inc. leased 2,050 square feet of retail space at 1020 Tierra del Rey, suite D, in Chula Vista, for three years from Tierra Corners, LLC c/o CW Clark for $165,606.
