SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Largo Pharm, LLC purchased a 13,825-square-foot retail building at 8905 Bryan Dairy Road, in Largo, Florida, from HSR – Bryan Dairy, LLC for $6.45 million. Matt McNeill of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller’s representation was not disclosed.

ABC Holding Properties, LLC purchased a 4,980-square-foot apartment building at 264 Clark Street, in Escondido, from Scott Carter for $885,000. Jeff Abramson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller’s representation was not disclosed.

Leases
One Reverse Mortgage, LLC leased 14,076 square feet of office space for five years, six months at 9920 Pacific Heights Blvd., suite 350, from RREEF for $1.8 million. Bill Cavanagh and Brett Ward, LEED AP of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Richard Porreco of CRESA Partners and Jeffrey Fenley of Newmark Detroit, Inc. dba Newmark Knight Frank represented the lessee.

Smash Bros College, LLC dba smashburger leased 2,400 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 6061 El Cajon Blvd., suite B, from Log Realty, LLC c/o Rosado Associates for $1,077,060. Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Pasquale Ioele of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Joe Balla of Lee & Associates represented the lessor.

Fuji Grill leased 1,301 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 2630 Tuscany Street, suite D7-102, in Corona, from Castle & Cooke for $447,435. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.
 
Cabachon Tile & Stone, Inc. leased 2,480 square feet of retail space for five years at 7646 Girard Avenue, in La Jolla, from Carey Bon, Ltd. for $372,000. Mike Slattery of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.

The Reinforced Earth Company leased 3,051 square feet of office space for five years at 4909 Murphy Canyon Road, suite 230, from Seapoint Properties, LLC for $282,414. Duncan Dodd, SIOR and Jack Kruger of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Bridget Garwitz of Studley represented the lessee.

Number One Clips, LLC dba Sport Clips, Inc. leased 1,600 square feet of retail space for five years at 12098 Fury Lane, suite B1, in El Cajon, from Fury & Jamacha, LLC c/o Westwood Financial for $231,360. Randee Stratton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Joel Wilson of CBRE represented the lessor.

TASK Ventures, LLC dba Sport Clips leased 1,181 square feet of retail space for five years at 16615-B Dove Canyon Road, suite 113, from Buie 4S Center 2, LLC for $225,759. Randee Stratton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. John Still of Flocke & Avoyer represented the lessor.

Big Sky Technologies, Inc. leased 2,525 square feet of office space for four years at 9325 Sky Park Court, suite 120, from Arden Realty, Inc. for $209,656. Tom van Betten of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Nick Bonner of CBRE represented the lessor.
