PVP Lapeer, LLC purchased a 14,550-square-foot retail building at 571 South Main Street, in Lapeer, Michigan, from Lapeer Green, LLC for $6.67 million. Walgreens is the current tenant in the building. Matt McNeill of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller’s representation was undisclosed.
PVP Tecumseh, LLC purchased a 13,580-square-foot retail building at 1330 West Chicago Boulevard, in Tecumseh, Michigan, from Tecumseh Green, LLC for $4.86 million. Walgreens is the current tenant in the building. Matt McNeill of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller’s representation was undisclosed.
Mike Burnett purchased a 2,078-square-foot retail building at 811 25th Street from the City of San Diego for $677,000. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.
Baja Banana, Inc. purchased a 1,859-square-foot office building at 1556 Lancaster Point Way from Otay Mesa Owner, LLC for $316,000. Big Dog Ventures, LLC leased 8,064 square feet of office space for 10 years at 2143-2147 San Diego Avenue from PV Old Town c/o PacVentures, Inc. for $2 million. Jack Kruger and Dave Odmark of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Scott Unger of Charles Dunn Real Estate Services represented the lessee.
Five Guys Burgers and Fries leased 2,800 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 2690 Tuscany Street, Suites 106 and 107, in Corona, from Castle & Cooke for $712,320. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. David Bradley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessee.
Mr. O’s BBQ leased 10,954 square feet of retail space for five years at 1356 West Valley Parkway, Suites A and B, in Escondido, from GDA Real Estate Services, LLC for $624,378. Fix Auto USA leased 2,212 square feet of office space for three years at 12526 High Bluff Drive, Suite 230, from Plaza Holdings, Inc. for $177,210. Bill Cavanagh of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Chris High of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor.
