SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Menifee Medical Property LLC purchased 1.05 acres of land at the corner of Newport Road and Haun Road, in Menifee, from SGJ, Inc. for $1.14 million. Andy Melzer of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. Bryce Myers of Legendary Restaurants and Jennifer Kapur and Mary Kay Bier of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

North County Health Services purchased a 2,695-square-foot office building at 1295 Carlsbad Village Drive, in Carlsbad, from Carlsbad Medical Village LP for $1.13 million. Peter Curry of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. Chris Ross and Paul Braun of Colliers International represented the seller.

Leases
Prime Cut Grill leased 3,100 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 300 South Twin Oaks Valley Road, suite 147, in San Marcos, from Inland American Retail Management for $1.28 million. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff, CCIM and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Mike DiNorscia of Location Matters, Inc. represented the lessee.

Q’doba Mexican Grill leased 3,000 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 40810 Winchester Road, suite c, in Temecula, from O & S Holdings for $967,500. Chad Iafrate, CCIM of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial and Janet Kramer and Scott Forest of Grubb & Ellis|WestMar represented the lessor in the transaction. Lauren Matricardi of CBRE represented the lessee.

Dataskill, Inc. leased 4,485 square feet of office space for five years, six months at 5675 Ruffin Road, suite 100, in San Diego, from Menlo Equities for $507,657. Eric Vann of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Tony Russell and Richard Gonor of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the lessor.

TaxSmart America of San Diego leased 3,000 square feet of office space for eight years at 3666 Kearny Villa Road, suite 300, from Pacifica Real Estate Services, Inc. for $277,066. Duncan Dodd, SIOR, Jeff Gilbert and Jack Kruger of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Mark Arbar of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee.

Meritage Pharma leased 2,770 square feet of office space for three years at 12555 High Bluff Drive, suite 385, from Scientific Investments for $234,009. Eric Vann of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. TD Rolf of Studley, Inc. represented the lessee.

Joseph & Kim Dolin leased 1,524 square feet of retail space for five years, three months at 3755 Murphy Canyon Road, suite I, from Daley Square Dolphin, G.P. for $187,383. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. George Piner of Premiere Commercial represented the lessee.

New York Furniture Outlets, Inc. leased 2,640 square feet of retail space for five years at 860 Los Vallecitos Blvd., suite 140, in San Marcos, from Vallecitos Partners, L.P. for $176,603. John Orlando of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.
