Glen Ianni purchased 8,814 square feet of retail space at 1461 North Santa Fe Avenue, in Vista, from Westwood Financial for $1.75 million. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
Willy D Enterprises LLC dba Wet Willie’s leased 8,606 square feet of retail space for eight years, four months at 555 Market Street from MFK Partnership for $2.7 million. Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Robb Frye of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. The lessor’s representation was undisclosed.
Kidding Around leased 4,200 square feet of retail space for five years at 9925 Carmel Mountain Road from West Coast Retail Management for $396,636. Phil Lyons, CCIM, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Chad Iafrate, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. David Bradley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessee.
Brooklyn Bagel Company, LLC leased 1,061 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 1000 Island Avenue, Suite C-10, from M2i Properties LLC for $355,289. Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Robb Frye of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.
The Foundation for Cardiovascular Medicine leased 2,355 square feet of office space for four years at 4510 Executive Drive, Suite 206, from BIOCOM for $217,202. Tom van Betten and Andrew Sexton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. David Marino of Irving Hughes represented the lessor.
Wendy Uyen Kieu dba Nail Salon leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for five years, three months at 6051 Business Center Court, Suite 6A, for $110,854. California Midland School of Law leased 1,243 square feet of office space for three years, two months at 6183 Paseo del Norte, Suite 290, in Carlsbad, from Davlyn Investments for $93,783.
