SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Mike and Wangni Lee, LLC purchased a 5,374-square-foot retail building at 1570 Crossways Boulevard in Chesapeake, VA from Wells Fargo Bank N.A. as co-trustee under The Ray S. Lipson Trust Agreement for $2.38 million. Chuck Klein and Kevin Held of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Patrick Chen of Win Realty represented the buyer.

Andrew H. Thio, MD purchased a 3,100-square-foot office suite at 2023 Vista Way West, Suite C, in Vista, for $505,000. Jeff Abramson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. Rusty Williams and Steve Bruce of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

TD Ameritrade, Inc. leased 5,332 square feet of office space for 10 years at 701 Palomar Airport Road, Suite 100, in Carlsbad, from Cognac Carlsbad Pacific Center, LLC for $1.54 million. Joe Anderson, Stacy Looney and Brooks Campbell of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Brad Jones of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.

Kenneth M. Berrin, DDS leased 1,152 square feet of retail space for five years at 13132 Poway Road, Suite B, in Poway, from Poway Library Plaza, LLC for $105,838. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Paul Braun of Colliers International represented the lessee.

Shoe Store leased 1,035 square feet of retail space for seven years at 574 East Mission Road, Suites A and C, in San Marcos, from LSF Limited Partnership for $85,618. Phil Lyons, CCIM, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.

Cross-Border Services, Inc. leased 5,637 square feet of industrial space for 12 months at 6754 Calle de Linea, Suite 105, from Otay Mesa West 67, LLC for $47,350. Regan Tully of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.
