SAN DIEGO (December 27, 2010) – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Geo-Logic Associates purchased an 8,000-square-foot office building at 11415 West Bernardo Court from CDC Small Business Finance for $1 million. Chris Hobson and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Tom van Betten and Andrew Sexton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer.

Victor’s Auto Repair purchased a 4,583-square-foot industrial building and concrete yard at 9070 Jamacha Road, in Spring Valley, for $380,000. Kerry Schimpf and Ken Ruppert of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
 
Leases
Excel Hotel Group, Inc. leased 4,494 square feet of office space for five years at 10660 Scripps Ranch Boulevard, Suite 100, from Cornerstone Realty Investments, LLC for $320,826. Chris Hobson and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Chris Downs and Robert Faithful of Stone-Miller represented the lessee.

Orbital Enterprises, Inc. leased 12,200 square feet of industrial space at 4650 Mercury Street from Herbert Gary Lewis Separate Trust for $311,100. Bryce Aberg and Brant Aberg of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction. John Orlando of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial also represented the lessee.

BBC Holdings, LLC dba Capriotti’s Sandwiches leased 1,807 square feet of industrial space for five years at 1158 West San Marcos Boulevard, Suite 104, in San Marcos, from S.F. Partners, LP for $181,224. John Orlando of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Kirk Allison of Colliers International represented the lessor.

Visionscape Interactive dba Heavy Water leased 3,080 square feet of office space for three years, five months at 11848 Bernardo Plaza Court, Suite 110, from 11818-11858 Bernardo Plaza Court LP for $173,501. Chris Hobson and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Andrew Ewald and Kevin Meissner of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction.

Subway, Inc. leased 1,579 square feet of retail space for five years at 1111 6th Avenue, Suite 100, from Cethron Property Management, Inc. for $170,136. Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Robb Frye of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial and Lin Martin of Perry CRE represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee represented themselves.

National Seminconductor Corporation leased 2,086 square feet of office space for two years, eight months at 12520 High Bluff Drive, Suite 350, from Plaza Holdings, Inc. for $167,116. Bill Cavanagh of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Chris High of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor.

Unilab Corp. dba Quest Diagnostics leased 1,652 square feet of office space for five years at 860 Jamacha Road, Suite 103, in El Cajon, from Eklund Investment Group, LLC for $158,426. Brian Jinings, CCIM of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Justin Hill of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.

La Jolla Capital Group, Inc. and Kairos Capital, LLC leased 980 square feet of office space for four years at 1025 Prospect Street, Suite 380, in La Jolla, from Portland Investments for $119,481. Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction. Mike Slattery of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial also represented the lessor.
