SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Bailey RSD Self Storage, LP, a California limited partnership, purchased 3.86 acres of land located at the merge of Campo Road and Jamacha Blvd., in Spring Valley, from Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. for $1.35 million. Kerry Schimpf of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. Cody Persyn of CBRE represented the seller.

You Got Mail, LLC purchased a 6,210-square-foot retail building at 3791 Grim Avenue from Banthien Family Trust Dated April 13, 1982 for $1.29 million. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer’s representation was not disclosed.

TKMN Property, LLC purchased a 1,358-square-foot retail suite at 319 10th Avenue, suite B1-102, from ICON, LLC for $558,000. Pasquale Ioele, Michael Burton and Danny Fitzgerald of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer’s representation was not disclosed.

Jay Mar Sign purchased a 3,550-square-foot industrial building at 470 Enterprise Court, in San Marcos, from Balcar Family Trust for $430,000. Justin Beattie of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Trent France of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer.

Leases
Inland Vet Supply leased 4,675 square feet of retail space for three years at 32785 Temecula Parkway, suite 120, in Temecula, from VRT Square, LP for $223,124. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Chad Iafrate, CCIM of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Scott Forest of Grubb & Ellis|WestMar represented the lessee.

Friends Yogurt leased 625 square feet of retail space for five years at 983 Woodland Parkway, in San Marcos, from Woodland Park Development LLC for $67,500. Andrew Peterson, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Phil Lyons of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.
