SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Inner Belt Realty Trust c/o Quadrant Realty Trust 1 purchased a 14,820-square-foot retail building at 1250 Fairview Drive, in Lexington, North Carolina, from Cotton Grove, LLC c/o Tribek Properties, Inc. for $6.35 million. Matt McNeill of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller’s representation was not disclosed.

Riverbed Property Enterprises, LLC purchased a 7,231-square-foot retail building at 7734 Girard Avenue, in La Jolla, from Thompson Family Trust 08-14-87 for $4.1 million. Mike Slattery of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller’s representation was not disclosed.

Old Fire Station No.3, LLC purchased an 8,351-square-foot office building at 2870 5th Avenue from CRE LJ CA, LLC c/o OneWest Bank for $1.3 million. Tim Winslow, Jason Kimmel and Kevin Nolen of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer’s representation was not disclosed.

Tesoro South Coast Company, LLC purchased a 3,240-square-foot retail building at 3890 Division Street from Russell Revocable Intervivos Trust, Williams Family Trust and Elisabeth Awes Separate Property Trust for $950,000. Tim Winslow, Jason Kimmel and Kevin Nolen of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer’s representation was not disclosed.

William K. Martin and Rosanna Alvarado-Martin purchased a 2,238-square-foot office building at 8911 Complex Drive from Peterson Revocable Family Trust for $540,000. Phil Linton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Vic Gausepohl of Colliers International represented the buyer.

Loginam, LLC purchased a 1,859-square-foot office building at 1586 Lancaster Point Way from Venture Venture, LP for $250,000. Phil Linton and Regan Tully of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

Leases

Chuze Fitness leased 19,788 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 3007 Highland Avenue, suite 16, in National City, from SEA Property Management for $2.9 million. Chad Iafrate, CCIM of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Ron Pepper of Retail Insite represented the lessor.

The Habit Restaurants, LLC dba The Habit Burger Grill leased 1,970 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 909 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, in Solana Beach, from Pacific Solana Beach Holdings, LP c/o American Assets Trust Management for $999,420. Brent Williams, Mike Clark and Joe Yetter of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. John Still of Flocke & Avoyer represented the lessor.

Ceatus Media Group, LLC leased 7,340 square feet of office space for five years, four months at 4141 Jutland Drive, suite 215, from OF Jutland, LLC c/o Davlyn Investments for $649,590. Jack Kruger of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Jeff Sallen, Glenn Arnold, SIOR, and Todd Murphy of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee.

Lococo Sports, Inc. dba Soccer Fanatics leased 4,560 square feet of retail space for five years at 24451 Alicia Parkway, suite C, in Mission Viejo, from Park Aliso Commercial Center Ltd. c/o Watt Properties, Inc. for $601,333. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Peter Kay of Wilson Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the lessor.

Bottle Shop leased 1,450 square feet of retail space for five years at 2215 South Melrose Drive, suite 109, in Vista, from TMACK, LLC for $221,454. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.

CJ Seto Support Services leased 2,146 square feet of office space for three years, three months at 8555 Aero Drive, suite 110, from Common Wealth REIT for $112,271. Andrew Ewald, Tom van Betten and Chris Banke of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Derek Hulse of Colliers International represented the lessor.

Skin Care leased 950 square feet of retail space for three years at 409 Twin Oaks Valley Road, suite 108, in San Marcos, from TMACK, LLC for $46,152. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.
