SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Mario Rojas purchased a 2,186-square-foot industrial building at 1541 Santiago Ridge Way from Venture Venture, LP for $191,275. Regan Tully and Phil Linton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.

Daniel and Marcela Gonzalez purchased a 2,183-square-foot industrial building at 1535 Santiago Ridge Way from Venture Venture, LP for $185,555. Regan Tully and Phil Linton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The buyers represented themselves.

Leases
Daisas Medical LLC dba Medifast leased 3,373 square feet of retail space for five years at 27450 Ynez Road, suite 316, in Temecula, from Temecula Corporate Plaza Center, LP for $303,570. Kevin Cassidy of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. James Nadal with Grubb & Ellis|WestMar and Dan Yielding with CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor.

Sprint leased 2,635 square feet of retail space for five years at 23865 Clinton Keith Road, suite M-1, in Wildomar, from Naples Plaza, Ltd., LP for $275,400. Phil Lyons, CCIM, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Chad Iafrate, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Lauren Matricardi of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.
 
Alliance Direct Home Mortgage leased 3,691 square feet of office space for two years, five months at 3131 Camino del Rio North, suite 810, from The Irvine Company for $227,550. Tom van Betten and Andrew Ewald of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. The Irvine Company represented itself.

Diva Nails leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for five years at 4370 Palm Avenue, suite J, from Palm Ridge Gateway LLC c/o Gateway Property Management LLC for $167,558. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

Rate Rabbit, Inc. dba Rate Rabbit Home Loans leased 2,741 square feet of retail space at 205 West Market Street, suite C5/C6, and 885 square feet of retail space at 540 Front Street, suite C6, for three years from Pinnacle International Development, Inc. for $111,195 and $93,456, respectively. Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Pasquale Ioele of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in both transactions. The lessee’s representation was undisclosed.

PQ Health Solutions leased 1,100 square feet of retail space for five years, three months at 9888 Carmel Mountain Road, suite G, from West Coast Retail Management, Inc. for $87,600. Phil Lyons, CCIM, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Chad Iafrate, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was undisclosed.

All About Yogurt leased 1,012 square feet of retail space for five years at 1855 Main Street, suite C, in Ramona, from Kmart Corporation for $74,736. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.
