SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following transactions:

Sales
Nice Ride, LLC purchased a 12,289-square-foot industrial building at 8514 and 8530 Avenida Costa Norte from Stos Robinson Companies dba SR Investments for $750,000. Regan Tully of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer’s representation was undisclosed.

LNC Restaurants, Inc. purchased a 1,718-square-foot retail building at 2540 Rockwood Avenue, in Calexico, from GE Capital Franchise Finance Corp. for $550,000. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction. Reg Kobzi of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Kasiri Trust purchased a first-floor commercial condominium totaling 1,744 square feet in the mixed-use La Boheme project located at 3959 30th Street, suite 104, for $346,000. La Boheme is now 100 percent sold on its first-floor commercial units. The seller was Western Pacific Housing, Inc. The buyer purchased the property to open a dentist office. Chris Rink and Randee Stratton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Chris Ross of Colliers International represented the seller.

Leases
smashburger leased 2,400 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 1711 University Drive, suites 140 and 150, in Vista, from ValVista South, LLC for $944,880. Phil Lyons, CCIM, Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Danny Fitzgerald, Michael Burton and Pasquale Ioele of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee.

SWCA, Inc. dba Scott White Contemporary Art leased 3,047 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 7655 Girard Avenue, suite A, in La Jolla, from BADOOP Trust 03-14-04 c/o Scuba & Associates for $936,360. Mike Slattery of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was undisclosed.
 
Premier Food Concepts, LLC dba Luna Grill leased 1,917 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 2400 Historic Decatur Road, suite 100, from McMillin Commercial for $626,705. Kevin Cassidy of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Ryan Rogers of Retail Insite represented the lessor.

United States Postal Service renewed their lease for five years for 4,235 square feet of retail space at 5521 Mission Road, suite D, in Bonsall, from Peter Family LP and Pozzuoli Family Trust c/o/ Merlin Properties for $264,687. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. The lessor’s representation was undisclosed.

Coastal Premier Properties, Inc. leased 1,407 square feet of office space for three years, three months at 12625 High Bluff Drive, suite 102, from OF 09 Hacienda, LLC c/o Davlyn Investments for $160,234. Tom van Betten of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Mike Hoeck of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor.

Summer Elizabeth Enterprises, Inc. leased 2,150 square feet of retail space for three years at 1025 Prospect Street, suite 250, in La Jolla, from 1025 Prospect Limited Partnership for $118,800. Mike Slattery and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was undisclosed.

Angela Lee Photography leased 985 square feet of retail space for three years at 300 Carlsbad Village Drive, suite 117, in Carlsbad, from SIMA Management Corp. for $40,295. Phil Lyons, CCIM, Bruce Schiff, CCIM and Chad Iafrate, CCIM of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Ryan Litrich of Lee & Associates represented the lessee.
