Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial Announces Recent Retail Lease Transactions

SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following retail lease transactions:

Flippin’ Pizza leased 2,460 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 342 South Twin Oaks Valley Road, suite 143, in San Marcos, from Inland American Retail Management for $952,863. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Kirk Allison of Colliers International represented the lessee.

Five Guys Burgers leased 2,500 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 1348 West Valley Parkway, suites A and B, in Escondido, from Escondido Valley Center 02, LLC c/o GDA Real Estate for $768,750. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Matt Moser of Retail Insite represented the lessee.
 
Sofa Design Center leased 8,965 square feet of retail space for five years at 7480 Miramar Road, suite A, from Metroplex Shopping Center 05, LLC c/o GDA Real Estate for $690,327. Bruce Schiff and Phil Lyons of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Greg Albertini of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the lessee.

Advanced Ice Cream Technologies Corp. dba Bardot leased 1,750 square feet of retail space for five years at 1025 Prospect Street, suite 150, in La Jolla, from 1025 Prospect Limited Partnership for $606,675. Mike Slattery and Robert Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.

DFIT Subs, Inc. dba Jersey Mike’s Subs leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 1831 South Centre City Parkway, suite B-1, in Escondido, from Gerrity Group, LLC for $412,699. Michael Burton, Danny Fitzgerald and Pasquale Ioele of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Aaron Hill of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor.

Subway Real Estate Corp. leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for six years at 3425 Murphy Canyon Road, suite B, from Baltimore Drive LLC for $274,708. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.

Sport Clips leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for five years at 310 South Twin Oaks Valley Road, suite 103, in San Marcos, from Inland American Retail Management for $173,128. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction.  Randee Stratton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee.

Supercuts leased 1,162 square feet of retail space for five years at 2690 Tuscany Street, suite D4-104, in Corona, from Castle & Cooke for $148,123. Bruce Schiff, Phil Lyons and Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial along with Dan Samulski and Mark Baziak of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the lessor in the transaction. Cathleen Rose of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.

Laudelin & Martha Bayon dba Dino’s Mail Box leased 1,500 square feet of retail space for three years, three months at 3388 Palm Avenue, suite 100, from HP Properties for $101,952. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

Allstate leased 900 square feet of retail space for five years at 2588 El Camino Real, suite B-13, in Carlsbad, from Carlsbad Plaza, LLC for $94,720. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.

Diaz Tax & Insurance, Inc. leased 988 square feet of retail space for five years at 985 Civic Center Drive, suite D, in Vista, from Mission Federal Credit Union for $58,493. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Andrew Peterson of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.
